I have my heating plugged into aux 1&2 and lights in 3 if I have lights on I can only use ether aux 1 or 2 I can't have everything on also why is the app so difficult to use pages won't load etc

Hi Jock, you can't have everything on at once as that would require a significantly larger power supply, which in turn requires larger connectors and the system would enter a different price range.

In terms of the app ( the web app ), our data here shows that performance of page loads is decent and the servers are operating normally. If you can let me know the URL of a page that won't load for you, I'll investigate.

Or are you referring to the device control panel when you connect to the control unit wifi directly?
