We currently do a "raised bed" for the sprout range which is great to get a bit more soil into the bottom, for root veg like carrots and greens that need deeper soil like chard.
We'd like to develop this theme a little further to include a platform/stand to raise the mini greenhouses up - making it much easier to access without stooping. What do you think of the attached concept? The top of the platform would be sealed and hold plenty of soil. Underneath is space for storage.
It would be available for the two shorter models in the Sprout range - the S6 and the S14.
Love this idea! I can see that stooping/kneeling on the lower models may be an 'inconvenience' and raising to a tabletop sort of height would be great for adults & children alike. Also provides space for the storage of small tools and pots.
