Hi I have added and set up a humidity monitor to my S8. I can see it in the web dashboard, can I add it to my app?

I originally bought one with my S16. Wasted loads of time trying to set it up with no look. Reached out to technical to get some advice, took quite sometime with a mixture of answers. Finally got told it was not longer compatible with the S16 so I was refunded after I returned it. Website seemed very clear it could be linked to the S16 and afraid now have concerns over the overall tech of the products
