Can't water now Resolved

hi, I am trying to use the "water-now" buttons on the app but they are always greyed out. It says I need to be on the same network as my control system and it has to be turned on and awake - yes I have done that but still they are greyed out. Why won't it work?

Make sure your control unit isn't going straight back to sleep again ( low battery ) and that the light is flashing on the top. If you are definitely on the same wifi network ( turn off your 3G/4G to be sure ), then it might be that your network router isn't letting the app communicate with the Harvst unit. Sometimes we hear of phones not connecting to the control unit, but laptops on the same network are fine. Does it still cause trouble after you have restarted your router?

OK, it's been a while but I figured this out. We have two wifi networks at home, and the one that the greenhouse connects to is not the same one as my phone connects to. When I connect to the SAME wifi network as the greenhouse, I do get the green water now buttons and all is OK. Sorry for the false alarm! j
