I keep getting an email to say that the water has run out, but the tank is full to the brim.
I have for now, turned off the warning system as it seems to be an error.

Hi RF - you can leave your watering system on; the thing to do is turn off the low water alert if yours is sending erroneous messages. There's a section in our troubleshooting guide which covers this topic ( low water alarm ): link

See the section "My control box makes a high/low/high/low beeping sound when the pump is running"

uumm ok, but pointless having an alarm if it does not work

I am now getting a warning sound when i try to override the watering, so presumably the pump is pumping air for some reason?
In the troubleshooting it suggests - " Unplugging the hose from the valves while the pump is running will get it working again, and will confirm that water is getting to the valves OK."
Alarm sounds like the 1 quoted, now when i try the override button i get lots of peeps, mainly in 3s, not sure what these signify.

I have tested the pump and it works fine, so re connected the pump to the system. I have re setup all the connections and re setup the wifi. Also changed the watering to not have the 2 zones watering at the same time.
