When I first bought my Watermate Pro I used to get email alerts from Harvsts server that it hadn’t see my online control unit, recently forgot to check the app for two days, and when I did, found no updated information, and by the ground, it looked like there hadn't been no watering ☹
Am I doing something wrong with my setup or has the alert been removed, if so is there any chance of getting it back, ( this alert was brilliant, it gave you time to try & check out any problems or manual water ( Watering Can ) before you had any dead plants.

We removed that as it was noisy - the goal is to make sure the system stays connected. Regardless of whether the wifi connection is OK, the watering should be happening as normal though. We can turn on the "gone offline" alert for specific boxes; I'll turn yours on now.
