I previously reported that the control panel would not connect to the Internet, did assume that it was the new router that was the issue, but now I have put an extender onto the new router, it still will not connect. I then tried bringing the Control panel into the house and trying to connect it, still no connection.
I have tried about 7 times! the password is correct - all other devices connect ok
The Control unit is solar powered, so it had to go back outside into the greenhouse. to charge
Suggestions please!!

Hi rf - Can you attach a screen shot of the page on the control panel where you are entering your wifi details? ( Don't show the password! ). That will help us troubleshoot.

Hi rf - that looks like the device isn't saving your SSID / network name at all ... the bottom indicates "cannot connect to HARVST" which is our wifi network here at HQ. Could you possibly change your network name to remove the exclamation mark and space? That might be causing trouble. Once you're connected, we'll update your control box firmware as yours is now quite out of date.
