Can't programme one water circuit.... Resolved

We have a mains powered unit, and good WiFi at the greenhouse. Initially we programmed circuit #1 to water for 60 secs at 0900. Now the plants have grown on, and we introduced the #2 circuit. It's programmed for 90 secs, twice a day.....working fine. Ever since we brought in the second circuit, the #1 circuit has stopped watering. We've tried several times to re-programme, and have tried staggering the watering times, but no go...
Ideas please, before the Fearless Leader stops talking to me...

Hi CrystalSherry,
What happens if you try to water using the manual button on top of the control unit, also are you able to water zone 1 & 2 using the boost button, on the water setting page of the app?
Do you have moisture control settings turned off.

Might help if you could upload a screen shot of your water page settings.

Hi Paul,
We have no problem watering either zone manually using the button on the controller. Just tested Zone #1 using the boost button, and it worked. Moisture control settings are off. Have just saved the settings again, but this time using the laptop. Let's see if that works! Watch this space....

Hi Stuart - would you mind letting us know the Box ID ( if you are online mode ) or a screen shot of zone 1 settings here if you are in offline mode?

Chris, The numbers on the back of the box are as follows;
1068 M4S, and C0ACB39EF0C8.
Situation remains the same....the WiFi signal is good at the greenhouse. Zone #2 watering is running perfectly on the timer, plus we can water manually or using the boost button.
Zone #1 - we can water manually or using the boost button, But....on the timed start-up ( I've been down there half a dozen times now ) you can hear a click, and the pump starts but only runs for 1 -2 seconds, then shuts down. We're away on holiday early July, so I'd appreciate any help you can offer!

Hi CrystalSherry,

Did you get your Zone 1 watering sorted?

Hi CrystalSherry,

As you are able to use the manual button on the controller & boost, that proves all the hardware is working correctly, are you able to upload a screen shot or photo/s of the watering Timer, Temperature and moisture settings page, ( I run a Watermate Pro and always use staggered watering, I feel the pump copes better ), my current feeling is a setting issue, saying that, Chris at Harvst can see / monitor a lot more things then we can.

Hi CrystalSherry,

Just read your Jun 22 post again, you said you can hear a click, and the pump starts but only runs for 1 -2 seconds, so its seeing the program timer, the thing now is whats making it stop? is your Low water siren on or off?
also are your Notifications for Low water on?
You could try removing the outlet pipe from Zone 1 when about to timer water and see if any water flow and / or the pump still stops.

Solved! We found out that if you have an Aux output ( 4S boxes only ) set to come on at the same time as pumping, it truncates the pumping time to 1/2 seconds.
