My water valve is playing up so looking for help/suggestions of things I can try. Water to the valve is fine but the pressure to either zone is pitiful, after 30 seconds one sprayer may have enough to spray a bit and it's hanging down from the hose. The rest maybe dribble, interestingly the sprayers on zone 2 hiss and gurgle while zone one is working. Zone 2 works better but some water dribbles out of zone one when zone two is on Zone 2 isn't what it used to be in terms of pressure either. Used to work perfectly, all sprayers, drippers etc and water only out of the correct zone and no hissing! Sounds like it's not closing opening properly.....Thank you
Hi Jen
I would disconnect both outlets on the valve ( aim the valve away from anything ) and test the flow from both sides of the valve either with the manual button or boost on the control, if a good flow the problem is after the valve, if no or poor flow at valve, remove the inlet from the valve and test again, if still no flow, it might be water starvation, check any filters before the pump.
Hope this helps Paul
Hi Jen,
If you have trouble hooking the inlet filter out with a small screw driver, you could try some pointed nose pliers, ( It should just pull out ).
I don't know if Harvst do replacement filters? but they are available on the internet if needed.
Hi Paul - that was it!! Thanks for the great instructions. Must remember to check that periodically. My pump had also fallen to the bottom of the water butt. I usually keep it a few inches above the bottom to help avoid it picking up debris. Thank you again :- )

There might be a mesh filter inside where the inlet connection screws on to the valve.

Just checked mine, nearly blocked.
Just hook out on the little loop.
