Hi, back in May I posted about the Solar Control Unit has no light or sound. The fault was caused by the submersible pump blowing the fuse. The fault has returned. The 15A fuse was found blown. The fuse was replaced and the pump operation checked ok without the whole body submersed. However, with the pump fully submersed in the water, the result is a blown fuse. Please provide a replacement mini pump.

Sorry to hear that, we will sort that out for you. We have fixed this issue in the firmware, would you be able to bring your box in and get it online to update in the meantime please?
