Hello, I posted this last week under another discussion but as I haven't had a response yet, maybe it needs to be entered as a new topic in order to be seen?

I repeatedly get the message "No pump detected ( or high-pressure switch triggered ). Please check connections." The pump clicks and stutters a few times and then an alarm sounds and the pump cuts out. I have tried resetting the backpressure but they hasn't solved the issue. Please advise.
I am concerned about running the system like this.
