I posted this a week ago but no response. Perhaps I didn’t post in right forum, so reposting here.
I’ve had a support ticket open for nearly a month now and so far the only thing the agent has tried is to change the firmware ( which they have been unable to do ). I’ve chased multiple times without response. Can someone look into this please?
The ticket is “ Harvst WaterMate Pro - rapidly flashing green light”
