We have had the system for approx 3 years and have been fine up until this season - I noticed that the time is incorrect and therefore is not watering at the times which I had initially set it up for - in fact I do not think it is watering automatically at all, although it will when done manually and initiated by phone if you are in the region of the control unit. We are solar powered and offline... Any advice would be gratefully received - Thank you

If you go into settings on the Device Control Panel, you should see an option to set the time. However it may be that the coin cell inside the unit which keeps the time while it's turned off ( ie over winter ) has run flat. It's probably worth us having a look over the system and updating firmware for you too if you like. If you're happy to have it offline for a few days, pop it in the post to us and we'll replace the coin cell and update the firmware, for the cost of return shipping.
