Control Box isn't connecting to internet Resolved

Hi Chris...Can get any internet signal, everything else that works off the router is fine, when I put in the control box numbers it's not connecting.

My lights were due off at 17.00 they went off at 16.00, not a problem, but any ideas, can you see if I'm connected and missing something?

Hi Kevin - your lights were due off at 1600 ( 8am + 8 hours ) so they went off at the right time!
As for connection, we resolved this by email - the black button on the web app dashboard will take you to the last IP address reported by the device. In some instances, the device might change IP address in your network, so make sure you refresh the web app first if it's been open for a long time. It's very rare to see an IP address change though.

Dam...Pressed my finger on the wifi reset button..doh! anyway back up and running again, unsure what black button your referring to.
