I’m having another issue with my system after trying to get up and running after off season.
The pump tries to start at set time but is only on for about 1 second rather than the time set. I’ve checked all other settings and think alls right so, any thoughts, please?

Hi Ian

Can you try the options in our support docs for "pump stops early" : link

Also check the logs ( Settings > View logs on the Device Control Panel ) as that often shows why it's stopping.

You’re right, the control panel shows that the pump is pulling excessive power. I’ve had a look at the pump and don’t see how I can get inside to check bearings etc.
this is the second of these mimi pumps I’ve had and neither has proven reliable. Would I be better trading up to the larger pump? Is it a better option? Otherwise, any other thoughts? Is there anything I personally can do with the present mini pump to solve my problem, please?

Hello,
I appreciate you’ll all be busy but I’d really appreciate some thoughts on my pump issue.
As I’ve said it’s cutting out almost instantly and showing that it’s overdrawing current. I can’t see anything I can do to stop the pump doing whatever is causing this phenomenon. I need this system to be reliable. Is there anything I personally can do? Would buying the larger pump be a solution if it’s more robust and reliable?
Hope to have thoughts soon. Regards and thanks,

Ian Howie

Have tried the other suggestions you previously mentioned and no luck. Tried to interrogate battery situation. Please see photo of what I’m told but can’t decide if that’s OK or not.
Otherwise, the manual issues seem fine with no blockages etc. Hope you can help. Very frustrating.

Hi Ian
The mini pumps don't last as long as we'd hope. Can you email support and reference this thread? We can send a new one. Or you can upgrade to a Pro pump. It lasts much much longer but may be too much pressure for a small setup.
