I recently changed my Internet service provider and can now access the waterMate Mini online.

However the software version on my device is showing 2024061702 and
has not updated automatically after 1 week to 2025042900.

Any suggestions please?

Additionally, when I connect off line and initiate water now for x seconds the device does not shut down and I have to reboot the system to stop watering!!
