Hi Amy - what is "the microchip thing" ? Various H-series have come with different chips on different parts. If you've emailed us on the support email address, Charlotte will get back to you on Monday.
Can you see the photo I’ve added? Its that chip that goes in there.
I believe it’s in the thin wooden panel at the back somewhere.
My Harvst is in bits at the moment ready to go back together.
Oh no Monday really! gutting :( I wanted to get it sorted this weekend as I’m back to work and hospital next week.
Long story short I no longer have the microchip thing.
Does anyone know if it is specific to Harvst? Can I get one locally or online?
