I am able to connect whilst I am at home connected to the same WiFi but when I’m not connected to same WiFi it does not work I cannot access the data or change the settings on my HS1. Please help.

When you are not on the same wifi network, you need to change settings on the web app ( link ) and the system will collect those settings when it next sends/receives data.
