Contact lost with Mini Mate since early hours of 30th

Just a query - is App working normally? All seems all right with Wi-Fi etc. Any ideas?

Hi Charlie, yes all looks OK on our side. I guess you've turned it off and on? No changes to your local wifi setup?

Well I have tried turning off and back on again with no apparent result. I have tried to reset by clicking on the harvst-Wi-Fi link but no “configure Wi-Fi” screen appears. Opened as described in manual
http://192.168.4.1
but that screen does not seem to come up either.

Any ideas?
