I am experiencing some low water pressure when the Sprout is watering, and I noticed there are some leaking from the Dual zone electric water valve when it's operating, does it mean I need a replacement or is there a fix I can do? Any suggestion is appreciated.

Please could you post a couple of pics for us pointing out where the water is leaking from.
Hopefully we can repair it if not we may be able to send a replacement.

It looks like the plastic casing is damaged and leaking. We will send you a replacement valve kit on monday.
