Here are a few images of my 40ft polytunnel with the wire tensioners fitted from the Watermate PRO polytunnel link screwed my securing points for the tensioner to the wood frame of the polytunnel using the stainless P clips in the kit. Alternatively, you could loop the wire around the tube frame.
I used one wire tensioner to create a tensioned line for zip tying my rigid LDPE to and the second tensioner to pull the ldpe pipe taught by twisiting the supplied wire around the connectors at either end for suitable grip. Pulling the LDPE pipe taught has prevents sagging which would affect the spray patterns from my sprayers.
You can rotate the ldpe so that the white line is parallel with the ground. This gives a good guide for consitent location of the sprayers.
Use the supplied zip ties to secure the LDPE pipe to the wire.
In this example I have the sprayers located 6ft/ 2m above the ground with 360 sprayers located at 1m intervals.
DO NOT INSTALL SPRAYERS AND DRIPPERS ON THE SAME LINE
BE CAREFUL WITH THE TENSIONED WIRE. TOO MUCH TENSION WILL CAUSE IT TO SNAP!
