Hi All,

I could do with some help on how to debug an issue with my Watermate.

It is currently not watering - triggering the "no water" alert. However, there is plenty of water in the water butt. When triggered, there is a low audible "clunk" from the pumps where the water feed comes in and splits into the two irrigation rings. The orange and black pump inside the water butt makes no sound. There is no obvious blockage in the hose from the water butt to the internal pump, and when I disconnect the hose from the twin pumps inside the greenhouse, the water flows freely when lowered below the water level of the water butt. The battery is show full charge.

The system is only around 6 months old and I'm keen to have it working again. Can anyone advise on how I might determine where the problem is likely to be?

Thanks

Hey,

This sounds like it might be an issue with your pump if I understand correctly. I will give you a call tomorrow to confirm and then get a replacement out to you if that is the case.

Many thanks, Stacy ( Team Harvst )
