I have just purchased a water mate system and am trying to set it up for the first time in off line mode.
I get the wifi network 'harvest-84f6' but do not get a phone prompt to access the system dashboard.
Any suggestions please.

Hello Mike, once you've connected to the WiFi network, that's when you should get the prompt to go to the dashboard. If you don't get the automatic prompt ( some phones don't, for some reason ) then manually open a web browser ( Safari, Chrome etc ) and go to http://192.168.4.1 ( you can just type 192.168.4.1 in the web URL field )
