I’ve had a support ticket open for nearly three weeks and so far the only thing the agent has tried is to change the firmware ( which they have been unable to do ). I’ve chased multiple times this week and had no responses. Can someone look into this please?

The ticket is “ Harvst WaterMate Pro - rapidly flashing green light”
