We desperately need a solar extension lead for the watermate pro as we have the wrong one. Shown as out of stock with no idea at all when it will be back. But no customer support at all! Would not have spent so much money if I realised this. System totally useless without it. We are a very small charity community garden with little funds and it now seems I've wasted a lot of money. Someone from the company please respond to us
