Hello. I am trying to update the firmware for my temp/humidity sensor. Current firmware is 2023041800.
I have the sensor in Wi-Fi mode but nothing seems to happen when I save and restart. No auditory signal and it just switches off. I’ve deleted and re-added the sensor, and read and followed all the advice I can find here. No joy.

Hi Al - we will need to instruct your sensor to update FW, I've now set it to update to 2024040801 - however there are no significant changes since your version; most of them have been for other sensor types ( ie not the humidity types )

It looks like it has updated now. I was just having a bit of difficulty getting the sensor to synchronise with control unit, and wondered if it needed updated. I’ll see how it goes now. Thanks again!
