Pump Alert Open

Hi,

Over the last few days, I have received a water pump alert from my Harvst system. The water tank is full and the hose is kink free.

It waters fine and all the irrigation lines I have connected seem to be outputting water okay.

I have the S10 mains powered and have the mini pump.

Any suggestions on what to check/try?

Hi Sarah - can you try recalibrating the alarm as per this post: link

If that fails, let us know the pump backpressure high/low settings from your control unit dashboard.

Sorry, just seen your reply. I've tried to recalibrate the alarm as suggested and it's still reporting a pump alert.

The pump back pressure is reporting 300/500 on my dashboard.

Hi Sarah, for now turn the alarm off, and we'll put it into diagnostics and let you know what we find out.
