Setup
This process will walk you through the process of setting up your Harvst control unit.
The first thing you need to do is decide whether you are going to run the system in online or offline mode.
If you have a WiFi network available at the control unit location, the box can operate in online mode. Enter your WiFi details and the box will connect to the internet and communicate with the Harvst cloud, allowing you to use the Harvst web app to manage settings remotely.
If you don't have WiFi at the box location, it will operate in offline mode.
Work through the process for online mode, and you will be shown the networks that the control box can find, along with their signal strength *.
Anything above 30% strength is good.
20% is just about acceptable.
* If you don't get a list of networks with signal strength on the WiFi setup page, connect your box to your home WiFi using online mode while indoors, with good signal. Firmware will update and you can then try again in the garden.
